Was ist es was dir Kraft gibt, deine Batterien auflädt, wofür du dich immer aufraffen kannst, auch wenn du etwas down bist?

Ist es bei dir immer dasselbe oder variiert das je nach Befindlichkeit, Zyklus oder Jahreszeit?

Ich habe bei mir beobachtet, dass ich im Winter eher dazu neige mich zurück zu ziehen, in meinem Inneren zu sein, also ganz nach dem Vorbild der Natur. Dann bin ich gerne zuhause kreativ und geniesse mein Heim.

Sobald das Licht zurück kehrt und die warme Jahreszeit anbricht, dann gibt es mir Kraft, die Welt zu entdecken, so viel wie möglich draussen zu sein und die Natur mit allen Sinnen zu erleben!

Wie verhält sich das bei dir, variiert das auch?
